The Concept
Singapore's Digital for Life Festival is the country's flagship public event for digital literacy and inclusion, bringing together government agencies, corporates, and community organisations to make digital skills accessible and tangible for all ages. Organised by IMDA, the festival spans multiple weekends and venues, drawing tens of thousands of visitors through interactive booths, workshops, and hands-on activities.
The 2025 Digital for Life Festival offered an opportunity to bring our partnership with Palo Alto Networks’ Cyber Safe Kids programme directly to families. We wanted to bring the characters and lessons of Ready, Get Set, Connect! into a format children could experience physically: an interactive touch-screen game that translated core cyber safety concepts into play.
Bringing Ready, Get Set, Connect! to life
We designed and built an interactive booth experience for the VivoCity weekend of the Digital for Life Festival. At the centre was a custom touch-screen game based on Ready, Get Set, Connect!, allowing participants to play a series of quick mini-games on cyber safety.
The booth welcomed children, young families, parents, and trusted adults, creating a shared experience where conversations about online safety could happen naturally between generations. Rather than lecturing to children or handing parents a checklist, the game gave families a reason to explore the topics together.
Recognition
The booth was visited by Minister Murali Pillai, where we shared more about our ongoing partnership with Palo Alto Networks and the work we're doing to bring cyber safety education to young people across the region.
