How We Work
We work with governments, enterprise clients, civil society, and international agencies who share our vision of promoting online safety across the globe.
Leveraging our expertise in cybersafety and AI education, along with our experience as implementation partners, we offer end-to-end project management – from ideation to on-the-ground execution.

What Partnership Looks Like
Curriculum and Content Development
Innovative educational content, toolkits, and resources built on our proven Internet Independent Framework, localised for specific regions and audiences.
Training and Capacity Building
Train-the-trainer programmes that equip educators, community leaders, parents, and trusted adults to deliver online safety education independently. Built with scale and sustainability in mind.
Implementation of Impactful Programmes
End-to-end project management of direct engagements with students, parents, and families through workshops, events, and public campaigns.
Research and Localisation
Landscape assessments, needs analysis, and cultural adaptation. We've developed materials in six languages for 16 countries - each informed by what works in that context.
Monitoring and Evaluation
Rigorous impact measurement built into every programme—baseline assessments, outcome tracking, and comprehensive reporting aligned with partner requirements and international frameworks.
The ABC Framework
At Cyberlite, we design programmes guided by our ABC Framework — Awareness, Behaviour, and Cultural Change. We believe that building cyber resilience cannot be achieved through one-off lessons or short-term engagements. By moving beyond information delivery to behaviour shaping and culture building, the ABC Framework helps embed online safety as a shared norm, not a standalone subject.
A is for
Awareness
Awareness builds understanding of online risks, digital environments, and emerging technologies.
B is for
Behaviour
Behaviour focuses on translating knowledge into real-world decision-making, habits, and skills.
C is for
Culture Change
Culture change ensures that safe, respectful, and responsible digital practices are reinforced across schools, families, and communities.
